Hi I am a degree qualified Clinical Nutritionist and Medical Herbalist who loves treating hormone dysregulation.  I also have a particular interest in the gut and vaginal microbiome so I enjoy treating all gut conditions, but also chronic UTI's, and vaginal conditions such as candida, bacterial vaginosis and more.

I take a highly individualised approach and love getting to the root cause of health conditions and have found diet is generally a key component.  Metabolic Balance is such a valuable way to facilitate weight loss and to correct metabolic dysregulation long term.

I can utilise functional testing if need be around gut dysfunction, hormone dysregulation, genetic variations and urine and vaginal microbiome panels.

I get great joy watching clients meet their weight loss goals and more broadly meet their health goals, and I would love to assist you on your journey!
